Semester at Sea Overview!
On September 9th, 2018, myself along with about 500 other students and lifelong learners, will embark on a trip of a lifetime! I was lucky enough to be the recipient of a very generous scholarship through the University of Lethbridge that covered my entire tuition and stay on the MV World Odyssey. Together we will be visiting 11 countries on 4 different continents! The entire voyage is a total of 107 days starting in Germany and ending in California.

Classes
While travelling between countries, I will be taking four different classes. The first is Global Studies that every student is required to take. I will also be taking Psychology and Sport, Human Origins and Variation, and Biological Diversity.
With every class, there is a mandatory in-country program included in the tuition.
In-country plans
Semester at Sea (SAS) gives students the opportunity to sign up for various in-country programs. I have already signed up for a few bigger programs and many one-day programs. Below I have included the programs I will be participating in. Click here to view the details of each in-country program SAS offers!
The blank days will be used for independent travel!
